This is my fresco "Sistine Madonna". The fresco size is 280 х 190 cm, which is pretty close to the original size (270 x 201 cm). I painted it in my school, First Secondary School "Pencho P. Slaveykov", Sofia, since 2008 to 2009 while I was an 11th and 12th grade student.

The original oil painting "Sistine Madonna", symbol of ideal motherhood, was created ca 1512-1514 by Raffaello Sanzio, an Italian late Renaissance painter. In 1754, the King of Saxony had paid 17 thousands ducats to acquire this painting. Some art historians claim that this is the highest price ever paid for a picture in the West.
